Hi All!  Thanks for stopping by and checking out my Easter look.  When I think of Easter, I can’t help but think of pastels and pretty light colors.  I was once told that the only pastels that look good on me are yellow and peach.  Whether this information is scientifically proven is still undetermined.  Regardless, I still tend to lean towards those colors when I am looking at pastels.  This adorable yellow dress is so flattering, a great shade of yellow, and made me feel a bit like Belle from the movie 😉  It also comes in black and a beautiful floral pattern.  Block heels are also a great look for spring, and these shoes come in a zillion colors.  This look below can be tweaked in so many ways with different colors and shades.  Finally, my tassel earrings added the shade of bright blue I was looking for to bring out that pop of bright color.  And thanks to my friend for letting me borrow her birthday bouquet of flowers- since I didn’t have a purse- 😉

If you have ever been to Sacramento, you know we have some amazing street art, graffiti, and all sorts of crazy colored walls.  I noticed this wall one day when driving the kids to school.  I love the feminine touch and the colors of this piece.  It is randomly in an alleyway near small, greasy looking mechanic’s shop.  But regardless, it went really well with my Easter look.  Hope you enjoy, and get this in time to shop for the holiday or a spring wedding!

p.s. Tulips don’t really have a scent…
